Typically, shipping takes 7-14 business days. However, in some cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for items to be shipped. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please email us at service@irisdp.com or send us a message and we will get back to you within 2 business day.

If you place your order within 48 hours,Please send an email to service@irisdp.com can cancel your order for you and give you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 48 hours, because your order has already been processed by our warehouse.I entered an incorrect address! If your address is misspelled or auto-filled, please email us at service@irisdp.com as soon as possible and provide us with your new address.
